Crispy Chicken Supreme

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking oil for frying
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow dish, whisk the eggs in another, and combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a third dish.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured chicken in the beaten eggs, ensuring it's well coated.
- Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure it's evenly coated with the crispy mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the breaded chicken breasts. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the partially cooked chicken breasts to a baking sheet and finish baking in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let the Crispy Chicken Supreme rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
