Ingredients:

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Baked Tacos:

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded rotisserie chicken, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the chicken is well-coated and heated through.

Step 3: While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes until pliable.
