Ingredients:
- Bread slices (white or whole wheat)
- Butter, softened
- Green chutney (coriander and mint)
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Capsicum (bell pepper) slices
- Boiled and sliced potatoes
- Chaat masala (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Lay out the bread slices and spread a generous amount of softened butter on one side of each slice.
Step 2: On the unbuttered side of half the slices, apply green chutney to taste.
Step 3: Arrange slices of tomatoes, onions, capsicum, and boiled potatoes on the chutney-covered slices.
Step 4: Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and pepper for added flavor.
Step 5: Place the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, on top to form sandwiches.
