Sheet-pan Breakfast: Light, Tasty and Quick

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g of chopped bacon
  • 16-18 eggs
  • 100ml (2/5 cup) of cream
  • 4 tbsp of green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • Toasted bread

METHOD

1. In a baking pan add chopped bacon, bake at 190°C (380°F) for 15-17 minutes.

2. In a bowl mix together eggs, cream, salt, pepper and onion.

3. Cover the bacon with prepared egg mixture and bake for 25 minutes more.

4. Serve with toasted bread.
