Hara Bhara Kabab
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach, blanched and chopped
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled green peas
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
Instructions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, coriander leaves, mint leaves, breadcrumbs, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilies, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a well-combined mixture.
Step 3: Divide the mixture into small, equal-sized portions and shape them into round or oval kebabs.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 5: Place the kebabs in the pan and cook until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Step 6: Once cooked, transfer the kebabs to a serving plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Step 7: Serve hot with mint chutney or your favorite dip.
Step 8: Garnish with additional coriander leaves for a fresh and aromatic touch.
