Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3: Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried thyme.

Step 5: Brush the herb mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring even coverage.
