Chilli Garlic Red Chutney
Ingredients:
- 10-12 dried red chilies (adjust according to spice preference)
- 8-10 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tbsp oil (for tempering)
- Water (as needed)
Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients Remove the stems from dried red chilies and soak them in warm water for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 2: Blend Ingredients In a blender or food processor, combine soaked red chilies, peeled garlic cloves, cumin seeds, tamarind paste, and salt. Blend until you get a smooth paste. Add water if needed to facilitate blending.
