  1. 1 cup semolina (suji)
  2. 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or any of your choice)
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 cup yogurt
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Oil for frying

For Coating: 9. Bread crumbs

(Optional: Dipping Sauce) 10. Tomato ketchup or mint chutney

Steps:

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture In a bowl, combine semolina, grated cheese, chopped vegetables, coriander leaves, yogurt, baking soda, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2: Shape the Balls Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into small, bite-sized balls. Roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat evenly.

Step 4: Fry the Cheese Balls Carefully drop the coated cheese balls into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding.

Step 5: Drain and Serve Once the Suji Cheese Ball Snacks are fried to perfection, remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
