Cheese Garlic Fried Egg

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter or cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Steps:

Step 1: In a non-stick pan, heat butter or cooking oil over medium heat.

Step 2: Crack the eggs into the pan, ensuring not to break the yolks.

Step 3: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the eggs.

Step 4: Add minced garlic on top of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Cook the eggs until the whites are set, and the cheese starts to melt. You can cover the pan to help the cheese melt faster.

Step 6: Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, carefully transfer them to a plate.

Step 7: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
