Eggless Red Velvet Churros
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red food coloring
- Vegetable oil for frying

- Powdered sugar or cream cheese icing

Cooking Steps:
