  3. Milk (1/2 cup)

Guacamole Ingredients:

  1. Avocados (2, ripe)
  2. Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  3. Tomatoes (1/2 cup, diced)
  4. Fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  5. Lime juice (1-2 tablespoons)
  6. Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation Steps:

Queso Blanco:
