- Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces, shredded)
- Milk (1/2 cup)
- Diced green chilies (1 can, drained)

- Cumin powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Guacamole Ingredients:
- Avocados (2, ripe)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (1/2 cup, diced)
- Fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Lime juice (1-2 tablespoons)

Preparation Steps:
Queso Blanco:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the shredded white American cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and milk.
