Instructions:
- Marinate Shrimp:
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat shrimp evenly and let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Sauté Shrimp:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Prepare Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and chopped fresh dill to create a flavorful sauce.
- Assemble Sandwich:
- Toast the ciabatta or bread rolls. Spread a generous amount of the dill sauce on one side of the bread.
- Add Lettuce and Tomatoes:
- Layer the bottom half of the bread with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
- Place Shrimp:
- Arrange the sautéed shrimp on top of the vegetables.
- Optional: Add Avocado:
