Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, and dried thyme.
  2. In a bowl, mix together grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, melted butter, and all-purpose flour to create the sauce.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the Parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
