Crispy Oven-Roasted Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
