Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg

For Toppings:

  • Tomato sauce
  • Cheese (mozzarella or your favorite)
  • Your preferred pizza toppings (e.g., vegetables, pepperoni, mushrooms)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, olive oil, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
  5. Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared pizza pan, forming the pizza crust.
