Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Steps:

Step 1: In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.

Step 3: Coat the shrimp thoroughly in the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 4: In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
