Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (approx. 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed for optimal flavor)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Steps:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
