Ingredients:

For Chicken:

  1. 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breasts (440 kcal)
  2. 1 tsp garlic powder
  3. 1 tsp onion powder
  4. 1 tsp smoked paprika
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)

For Waffle Layer:

  1. 4 large waffles, prepared and cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (450 kcal)

For Casserole Assembly:

  1. 4 large eggs (280 kcal)
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Chopped chives for garnish

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a skillet, sauté shredded chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in olive oil until well-seasoned.
