Chicken and Waffle Casserole
Ingredients:
For Chicken:
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breasts (440 kcal)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
For Waffle Layer:
- 4 large waffles, prepared and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (450 kcal)
For Casserole Assembly:
- 4 large eggs (280 kcal)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- Chopped chives for garnish
Cooking Steps:
