Crunchy Muesli Bars
Ingredients:
- Rolled oats
- Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), chopped
- Muesli (with dried fruits)
- Honey or maple syrup
- Nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Steps:
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, and muesli.
Step 2: In a saucepan, heat honey or maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and smooth.
