Ricotta and Spinach Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
