Preparation Steps:

For the Crepes:

Step 1: In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.

For Assembly:

Step 1: Place a crepe on a serving plate.

Step 2: Spoon the vegetable and feta filling onto one half of the crepe.

Step 3: Drizzle with the Lemon Herb Sauce.

Step 4: Fold the crepe over the filling.

Step 5: Repeat with the remaining crepes.

Step 6: Optionally, garnish with additional fresh herbs before serving.
