Fluffy Wholemeal Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray or additional butter for greasing the pan

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.

Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. It's okay if the batter has some lumps.
