Ingredients:

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
