Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking oil for frying

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a bowl, mix together ground pork, shredded mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 2: Place a spoonful of the pork and cheese mixture onto the center of an egg roll wrapper.

Step 3: Roll up the wrapper, folding in the sides, to encase the filling. Seal the edges with a little water.

Step 4: Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Step 5: Heat cooking oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Step 6: Fry the pork and cheese rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 7: Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Step 8: Serve the rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
