Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Mexican chorizo, casing removed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded Oaxaca cheese or a blend of mozzarella and Monterey Jack
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Warm tortillas or tortilla chips (for serving)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
