Moong beans/ Whole green gram -150 gm(soaked and sprouted)

Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

Bay leaves-2

Dry red chilli-2

Onion(chopped)-2(medium)

Tomato(chopped)-1(large)

Asafoetida(hing)-1/4 tsp(optional)

Dry fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi)-1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp

Cooking oil-3 tbsp

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp

Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp

Ghee-1 tsp (optional)
