Vegan Brownies

 Vegan Brownies Makes 9-12 brownies

INGREDIENTS

200 grams white sugar

200 grams demerara sugar

100 grams cocoa powder

120 milliliters oil ½ teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon salt 200 grams flour

200 milliliters water

150 grams walnuts

250 grams chocolate shards, divided

 

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, add the white and demerara sugar, cocoa powder, oil, baking powder, and salt, and stir to combine.

Add the flour and water and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Stir in the walnuts and 150 grams of chocolate shards. Pour into a 9-inch (23cm) parchment paper-lined square baking tin. T

op with the remaining chocolate shards.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
