Chocolate Brownies with a Soft Heart: So Good and Irresistible!

Ingredients (for a 24x24cm cake mold)
- 230g (1 cup) of butter
- 230g (1 1/2 cups) of dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 230g (1 1/4 cups) of sugar
- 150g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 25g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
- 6g (1/4 tbsp) of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Method
- add the butter and chocolate into a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.
- add the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until fluffy. add the chocolate/butter mixture and incorporate with a spatula. sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. add the pinch of salt and mix well to obtain a mixture with no lumps.
- pour the mixture into the cake mold (24x24cm) covered with parchment paper and transfer to the oven. bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
- cut into squares after baking and serve on a serving dish.
