- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp white ground pepper
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
