Banana Bread

2 Bananas*260g (net weight )

  • 30g Cane sugar(or granulated sugar) ok)
  • 1 Eggs 55g
  • 30g Soy milk(or Milk)
  • 40g Oil(or Vegetable oil ,Coconut, grape seed oil ets)
  • 150g Rice flour
  • 4g Baking powder

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.

  1. mash the bananas
  2. Add sugar, eggs, soy milk and oil, in that order, and mix.
  3. Then add rice flour and baking powder and mix.
  4. Put the batter into the loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for about 40mins.
