Banana Bread
2 Bananas*260g (net weight )
- 30g Cane sugar(or granulated sugar) ok)
- 1 Eggs 55g
- 30g Soy milk(or Milk)
- 40g Oil(or Vegetable oil ,Coconut, grape seed oil ets)
- 150g Rice flour
- 4g Baking powder
Preparation:
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
- mash the bananas
- Add sugar, eggs, soy milk and oil, in that order, and mix.
- Then add rice flour and baking powder and mix.
- Put the batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for about 40mins.
