How To Make Fruit Yogurt Jelly Jello Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Assorted fruits of your choice
- Mold size: 15~18cm
- 100g sugar
- 7g agar agar powder
- 50ml water
- 150ml milk
- Medium heat
- 350g yogurt
- Low heat for 2 minutes
- Refrigerate for 3~4 hours
Instructions:
- Prepare your chosen fruits by washing them thoroughly and cutting them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, agar agar powder, and water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and agar agar powder.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring continuously. Continue to cook for about 2 minutes until the agar agar is fully dissolved.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the milk to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Add the yogurt to the saucepan and whisk until everything is well mixed and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- In your desired mold (15~18cm size), arrange the assorted fruit pieces on the bottom. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit, covering them completely.
- Carefully transfer the mold to the refrigerator and let it chill for 3~4 hours, or until the jelly has set completely.
- Once the jelly has set, remove the mold from the refrigerator. Gently run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the jelly.
- Place a serving plate over the mold and invert it to release the jelly onto the plate.
- Slice the fruit yogurt jelly jello cake into individual servings and serve chilled.
