How To Make Fruit Yogurt Jelly Jello Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Assorted fruits of your choice
  • Mold size: 15~18cm
  • 100g sugar
  • 7g agar agar powder
  • 50ml water
  • 150ml milk
  • Medium heat
  • 350g yogurt
  • Low heat for 2 minutes
  • Refrigerate for 3~4 hours

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your chosen fruits by washing them thoroughly and cutting them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, agar agar powder, and water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and agar agar powder.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring continuously. Continue to cook for about 2 minutes until the agar agar is fully dissolved.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the milk to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Add the yogurt to the saucepan and whisk until everything is well mixed and smooth.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  7. In your desired mold (15~18cm size), arrange the assorted fruit pieces on the bottom. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit, covering them completely.
  8. Carefully transfer the mold to the refrigerator and let it chill for 3~4 hours, or until the jelly has set completely.
  9. Once the jelly has set, remove the mold from the refrigerator. Gently run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the jelly.
  10. Place a serving plate over the mold and invert it to release the jelly onto the plate.
  11. Slice the fruit yogurt jelly jello cake into individual servings and serve chilled.
