Oatmeal Scones

Ingredients 8 Scones

  • 1 Egg 55g(room temperature)
  • 20g Cane sugar(or granulated sugar) ok)
  • 1g Salt
  • 30g Oil(or Vegetable oil ,Coconut, grape seed oil ets)
  • 100g Oatmeal (Instant Oatmeal)
  • 80g Rice flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 40g Raisins
  • 30-40g Almonds

Preparation:

Pour hot water over raisins to soften, then drain it well; set aside.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃.
①Add egg, sugar, salt and oil, in that order, and mix.
②Then add oatmeal,rice flour and baking powder and mix.
③Add raisins and almonds and mix well.
*If the dough is difficult to put together, add water here.
④Cut the dough into 8 pieces.
⑤Bake at Bake 356 °F/180℃ for about 18mins.
