Ultimate Bacon Recipes
INGREDIENTS
3½ cups of ground chicken breast
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of salt
½ tablespoon hot pepper
5 oz of cream cheese
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chives
1 can of corn
½ cup of mozzarella
22 slices of bacon
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C)
2. In a bowl, combine chicken, flour, eggs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Reserve.
3. In another bowl combine the cream cheese, parsley, spring onion, corn and potatoes until smooth.
4. Arrange the bacon slices in a round shape, leaving the tips out.
5. Place the chicken stuffing underneath and on the sides. Save a portion for the top.
6. Add cream cheese paste and spread well.
7. Put the rest of the chicken, close with the bacon tips and cover with foil.
8. Bake for 30 minutes
9. Remove the paper and leave it for another 30 minutes
10. Remove from oven, let stand for 10 minutes, then uncover.
11. Enjoy!
BBQ Bacon Onion Meatball Bomb
Ingredients
for 8 servings
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
¼ cup bread crumb
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ onion, diced
⅓ cup fresh parsley, loosely packed
1 egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
4 medium onions
8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
16 strips bacon
1 bottle BBQ sauce
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, parsley, egg, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and honey until evenly combined.
3. Cut onions vertically on cutting board. Remove the stem and root from each piece.
4. Save onion shells suitable to wrap meatballs.
5. Remove meatball mixture from refrigerator and form into golf ball-sized meatballs. Stuff meatballs with cube of cheddar cheese.
6. Wrap each meatball in two onion shells and transfer to parchment-lined baking tray.
7. Wrap onion-shelled meatball with 2-3 pieces of bacon meatball is covered and making sure each piece of bacon is secured with a toothpick.
8. Brush each meatball with BBQ sauce covering completely.
9. Bake for 45 minutes, brushing again with BBQ sauce halfway through.

BBQ Chicken Bacon Skewers
Ingredients
for 4 skewers
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thigh, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 strips bacon strip
EQUIPMENT
4 skewers bamboo skewer, soaked in water for 20 minutes
Preparation
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Combine the chicken, bbq sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring until evenly mixed.
3. Threading one end of the bacon onto the end of a skewer. Add a piece of chicken, and weave the bacon around the chicken and back through the skewer, creating a wave pattern between the chicken.
4. Move the bacon and the chicken down the skewer, repeating until the other edge of the bacon is threaded through.
5. Repeat on the rest of the skewers with the remaining chicken and bacon.
6. Grease the surface of the grill by rubbing the grates with tongs and an oiled paper towel.
7. Grill the skewers for about 12-18 minutes with the lid closed, flipping them halfway.

Bacon-wrapped Burger Roll
ngredients
for 4 servings
2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumb
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 slices ham
8 slices cheddar cheese
2 cups spinach
10 slices bacon
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Put the mixture in a medium baking tray lined with aluminum foil and distribute the meat mixture evenly.
4. Add the ham, cheese, and spinach on top of the meat.
5. Carefully lift the meat and form a roll.
6. In another aluminum-lined baking tray, place the slices of bacon side by side, one next to the other. Place the meat roll on top of the bacon.
7. Roll up the meat with the bacon, then wrap with foil.
8. Bake the aluminum-wrapped roll for 25 minutes.
9. Increase the temperature to 500˚F (260˚C). Remove the foil and bake for 20 more minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
10. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.

Bacon-wrapped Burger Ring
Ingredients
for 8 servings
BURGER
2 lb ground beef
¼ cup worcestershire
¼ cup dijon mustard
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 lb bacon, cut in half
8 rolls
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, sliced
FONDUE
1 ½ cups milk, divided
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ cup green chilli
¼ cup dijon mustard
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
2. In a bowl, add the ground beef, worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix to combine.
3. Transfer to a wire rack on a sheet pan. Create a ring shape with the meat mixture, gently pressing it flat until it’s 2 inches (5 cm) thick.
4. Place each piece of bacon around the meat ring tucking the bacon underneath.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, then broil 15-20 minutes on high heat until bacon is crisp.
6. In a saucepan, add ½ cup (120 ml) of milk and flour on medium heat, whisking until thickened and pulling away from pan.
7. Pour in the rest of the milk and add the salt, stir until bubbling and thickened about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
8. Stir in cheese, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, green chilies, and Dijon mustard. Transfer to a ramekin or bowl. Set aside.
9. Arrange the bottom rolls in a circle. Place meat ring on top of buns. 10. Add lettuce and tomato on top of the meat ring then place the top part of the buns around the top of the meat ring.
11. Place fondue in the center of the meat ring. Slice and serve immediately.
