Low-sugar Japanese style NAMA-Chocolate
Ingredients
3.5in Square tray
- 40g Heavy Whipping cream(36%fat)
- 18g Sugar(MONKFRUIT SWEETENER)
- 60g Chocolate(Cacao70%)
*Unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
①Put the cream in a bowl and microwave 600w for 30 seconds.
②Add sugar and mix well.
③If it does not dissolve, microwave more.
④Add chocolate and melt.
⑤Pour into a tray lined with plastic wrap.
⑥Refrigerate until firm.
⑦Cut with a knife and sprinkle with cocoa.
