How to cook Strawberry cake in the pan:

INGREDIENTS
- 150g strawberries 30g (2 tbsp) butter 30g (2 tbsp) sugar
- 2 eggs 100g (½ cup) sugar 10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar 100ml (2/5 cup) olive oil 200ml (4/5 cup) milk 300g (2 2/5 cups) flour 10g (1 tbsp) baking powder
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Cut strawberries.
- Melt butter and sugar in a pan. Put strawberries in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Make a mixture of eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, milk, and flour.
- Pour into the pan over the strawberries. Cover and cook until done.
- Turn the cake over in the pan and bake the crust a little. Serve.
