Sausage mini buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 430g (2 1/2 cups) flour 1 egg 250ml (1 cup) milk 1 tbsp butter 7g dry yeast 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt Mini sausage

METHOD

  1. In the bowl mix together warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Add in egg, butter, olive oil, flour, and salt.
  2. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  3. Divide the dough into little balls, roll out each and wrap sausage into it.
  4. Boil in the water for 3-4 minutes then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread buns with melted butter.
