Sausage mini buns
INGREDIENTS
- 430g (2 1/2 cups) flour 1 egg 250ml (1 cup) milk 1 tbsp butter 7g dry yeast 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt Mini sausage
METHOD
- In the bowl mix together warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Add in egg, butter, olive oil, flour, and salt.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into little balls, roll out each and wrap sausage into it.
- Boil in the water for 3-4 minutes then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
- Spread buns with melted butter.
