For Manchurian
- Spring onion -1/4 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Capsicum- 1/5 cup
- Carrot- 1/3 cup
- Cabbage- 1 cup
- Corn flour - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce -1 tsp
- Soya sauce -1 tsp
- Green chilli sauce -1 tsp
- Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Schezwan chutney -1 tsp
- Cooking oil to fry
- Salt to taste
For fried rice :
- Boiled rice - 3 cups
- French beans - 1/4 cup
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Garlic -1 tsp
- Green chilli -1
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup
- Carrot -1/5 cup
- Cabbage-1/4 cup
- Schezwan chutney -2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
