Ingredients:

For Manchurian

  • Spring onion -1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Capsicum- 1/5 cup
  • Carrot- 1/3 cup
  • Cabbage- 1 cup
  • Corn flour - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce -1 tsp
  • Soya sauce -1 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce -1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Schezwan chutney -1 tsp
  • Cooking oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

For fried rice :

  • Boiled rice - 3 cups
  • French beans - 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic -1 tsp
  • Green chilli -1
  • Spring Onion-1/4 cup
  • Carrot -1/5 cup
  • Cabbage-1/4 cup
  • Schezwan chutney -2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
