Onion omelette


  • 300g stale bread 2 red onions 8 eggs 80g grated cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp dried parsley


  1. Soak the bread in water for a few seconds and chop it.
  2. Mix chopped bread with olive oil and parsley.
  3. In another bowl mix together eggs with salt.
  4. Slice the onions. Lay out sliced onions on the pan, top with eggs cheese, and bread, cover, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Turn it over and cook for a few minutes more.
