How to cook Onion omelette:

INGREDIENTS
- 300g stale bread 2 red onions 8 eggs 80g grated cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp dried parsley
METHOD
- Soak the bread in water for a few seconds and chop it.
- Mix chopped bread with olive oil and parsley.
- In another bowl mix together eggs with salt.
- Slice the onions. Lay out sliced onions on the pan, top with eggs cheese, and bread, cover, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Turn it over and cook for a few minutes more.
