The Perfect Dessert Ladyfinger trunk

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g ladyfingers 1l (4 cups + 3 tablespoons) milk 80g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) vanilla pudding 40g (5 tbsp) cornstarch 40g (4 tbsp) sugar 80g white chocolate 80g dark chocolate

For decorations:

  • Melted chocolate
  • Chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. Cut the ladyfingers to the required dimension. Dip them in milk and arrange them in a mold.
  2. Make vanilla pudding. Divide it into two parts. Add white chocolate in one part and dark chocolate in the other.
  3. Pour over the biscuits first part of the pudding with white chocolate, and then part of the pudding with dark chocolate.
  4. Arrange the ladyfingers on top and leave them in the fridge.
  5. Turn the cake over and decorate with chocolate and chocolate chips. Serve.
