The Perfect Dessert Ladyfinger trunk
INGREDIENTS
- 250g ladyfingers 1l (4 cups + 3 tablespoons) milk 80g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) vanilla pudding 40g (5 tbsp) cornstarch 40g (4 tbsp) sugar 80g white chocolate 80g dark chocolate
For decorations:
- Melted chocolate
- Chocolate chips
METHOD
- Cut the ladyfingers to the required dimension. Dip them in milk and arrange them in a mold.
- Make vanilla pudding. Divide it into two parts. Add white chocolate in one part and dark chocolate in the other.
- Pour over the biscuits first part of the pudding with white chocolate, and then part of the pudding with dark chocolate.
- Arrange the ladyfingers on top and leave them in the fridge.
- Turn the cake over and decorate with chocolate and chocolate chips. Serve.
