Hey Foodies! Start your day off right with this Plant-based "Eggs" Benedict toast - made to perfection with Omni Pork Luncheon Meat and homemade vegan hollandaise sauce!
Ingredients:
Plant-based Hollandaise Sauce
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 pack omni pork plant-based luncheon meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 pcs tofu (cut into round shape)
- season with black salt
Assemble:
- Toasted batard bread
- lettuce
- tomato
- Omni Pork Luncheon Meat
- Tofu Egg
- Plant-based Hollandaise Sauce
- spring onion
- dash of paprika
