Grid crepes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 120ml (½ cup) milk
- 130g (1 cup) flour
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
METHOD
- Mix the eggs, milk, flour, and oil in a pitcher. Pour the mixture into a plastic bottle.
- Pour the mixture over a frying pan in a zig-zig shape, making several crepes in the shape of a net.
