Panzerotti in a pan stuffed with ham and cheese

Ready in a pan in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g (2 cups) of flour
  • 8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 40ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
  • 120g (1/2 cup) of water
  • Ham
  • Mozzarella

METHOD

  1. In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and water and mix. When all is combined knead the dough until is smooth.
  2. Split the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each small ball with a rolling pin and arrange the ham, and mozzarella and close with your hands.
  3. Cut the unnecessary part with a pizza cutter and close the calzone with a fork.
  4. Cook on both sides until is brown.
