Panzerotti in a pan stuffed with ham and cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 250g (2 cups) of flour
- 8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 40ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
- 120g (1/2 cup) of water
- Ham
- Mozzarella
METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and water and mix. When all is combined knead the dough until is smooth.
- Split the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each small ball with a rolling pin and arrange the ham, and mozzarella and close with your hands.
- Cut the unnecessary part with a pizza cutter and close the calzone with a fork.
- Cook on both sides until is brown.
