Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 40g Chocolate(Cacao 72％）
- 15g Coconut oil
- 40g Prunes(Dried and Pitted,No added sugar)
- 80g Oatmeal (Quick Oatmeal)
Directions
①Put chocolate and oil in a bowl and microwave 600w for 40 seconds.
②Mix well to melt.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
③Add Mince the prunes and mix well.
④Add the oatmeal and mix well.
⑤Place 1 tablespoon of this mixture on each baking tray.
⑥Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for 16min.
⑦Take the tray out from the oven, let it cool. Done!!
