• CLOVES 2 TSP
• MACE 3 NOS.
• KASURI METHI 1 TBSP
• NUTMEG 1/2 NOS. (GRATED)
• TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
• SALT A PINCH
Marinating & cooking the chicken
Ingredients:
• CHICKEN 1/2 KG (LEG & THIGH)
• SALT TO TASTE
• LEMON JUICE OF 1 NOS.
• GINGER GARLIC PASTE
• GREEN CHILLI PASTE
• KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
• TURMERIC POWDER 1/2
• CORIANDER POWDER 2
• BIRYANI MASALA 1.5
• BRISTA OIL 3-4
• CURD 200 ML
• POTATOES 1 MEDIUM SIZED (OPTIONAL)
• MINT SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
• FRESH CORIANDER SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
• GHEE 2 TBSP
Boiling rice
Ingredients:
• BAY LEAF 1-2 NOS.
• CINNAMON 1 INCH
• CARAWAY SEEDS 1
• GREEN CARDAMOM 3-4 NOS.
• CLOVES 4-5 NOS.
• STAR ANISE 1 NOS.
• BLACK PEPPERCORNS 3-4 NOS.
• GREEN CHILLI 1-2 NOS. (SLIT)
• LEMON JUICE OF 1/2 NOS.
• SALT AS REQUIRED
• BASMATI RICE 1/2 KG (WASHED & SOAKED FOR 1 HOUR)

• BIRYANI MASALA A PINCH
• BIRISTA SMALL HANDFUL
• GHEE 3-4 TBSP (WARM)
• WATER AS REQUIRED
• MILK AS REQUIRED
• SAFFRON AS REQUIRED
• FRESH CORIANDER SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
