How to cook Strawberry and creamy mascarpone cake:

INGREDIENTS
- 500g (2 cups) mascarpone cheese 120g (½ cup) sugar 3 eggs 160g (1 1/5 cup) flour 240g strawberries
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, soften the mascarpone cheese. Add sugar. Whisk with a mixer.
- Add eggs. Whisk. Add sifted flour and sliced strawberries.
- Mix and pour into a baking tin.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 50 minutes.
- Decorate with powdered sugar. Cool and serve.
