Strawberry and creamy mascarpone cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g (2 cups) mascarpone cheese 120g (½ cup) sugar 3 eggs 160g (1 1/5 cup) flour 240g strawberries

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, soften the mascarpone cheese. Add sugar. Whisk with a mixer.
  2. Add eggs. Whisk. Add sifted flour and sliced strawberries.
  3. Mix and pour into a baking tin.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 50 minutes.
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar. Cool and serve.
