Air fryer focaccia
INGREDIENTS
- 500g (4 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 300ml of water
- 10g of fine salt
- 7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
- 20ml of olive oil
- 5g (1 tsp) of fresh rosemary
METHOD
- To prepare the focaccia dough, prepare the yeast, stir the yeast in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Add the beaten yeast and the rest of the water to the flour, knead the dough, add salt and olive oil halfway through the mixing, then knead the dough completely, cover, and leave in a warm place to double (2 hours).
- Line an air fryer basket with baking paper, oil your hands, then add the batter to the pitcher.
- Leave to stand for 1 hour, then sprinkle the raspberry oil over the dough, use your fingers to make edges on the surface of the dough, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
- Bake at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.
