Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Muffin mold (Φ 4cmH3cm)×12pieces +3pieces
  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 35g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
  • 1Egg (55g)(room temperature)
  • 100g Heavy whipping cream(35%fat)
  • 5g Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Directions

Preparation:

Beat the egg well.
Line muffin mold with glassine paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Cream cheese at 600w for 30 seconds
②Add sugar and mix well.
③Add beaten eggs, heavy whipping cream and lemon juice in that order.
④Add cornstarch and mix well.
⑤Pour the batter into each cup.
Fill a heatproof container with hot water and place on a baking tray.
⑥Bake at 170℃(338°F)for 22 minutes.It's all done!!
Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day
