- Freeze 20 minutes
Choux Pastry:
- 135ml Water
- 20g Sugar
- 50g Unsalted butter
- 65g All purpose flour
- 8g Cocoa powder
- Low heat 60~90 seconds
- Wait for 10 minutes
- 2 Eggs
Bake at 190℃ for 25~30 minutes
(190℃ - 25~30)
Cream:
- 100g Dark chocolate
- 75ml Milk
- Cool off
- 200g Whipping cream
- 10g Sugar
