Mini rabbits muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 270g (2 cups) flour 2 eggs 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) milk 110g (1/2 cup) melted butter 200g (1 cup) sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream Food coloring

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar and vanilla extract, and add milk, melted butter, and flour.
  2. Transfer to the muffin pan and fasten with foil balls to make rabbits.
  3. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes.
  4. When muffins are cool enough decorate with colored whipped cream.
