Mini rabbits muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 270g (2 cups) flour 2 eggs 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) milk 110g (1/2 cup) melted butter 200g (1 cup) sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream Food coloring
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar and vanilla extract, and add milk, melted butter, and flour.
- Transfer to the muffin pan and fasten with foil balls to make rabbits.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes.
- When muffins are cool enough decorate with colored whipped cream.
