Wafer Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
- 200g wafers with chocolate filling 100g hazelnut cream
- 400ml (1 3/5 cups) cream, 33% fat 400g mascarpone 200g powdered sugar
- 100g chocolate 60ml (ΒΌ cup) heavy cream - warm
METHOD
- Grind the wafers and add the hazelnut cream. Mix and pour into a mold. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Whisk in the cream and powdered sugar, then add the mascarpone. Mix well. Refrigerate.
- Pour into a mold over the previously made mixture.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream and pour over the cheesecake.
- Refrigerate and serve.
