Wafer Cheesecake


  • 200g wafers with chocolate filling 100g hazelnut cream
  • 400ml (1 3/5 cups) cream, 33% fat 400g mascarpone 200g powdered sugar
  • 100g chocolate 60ml (¼ cup) heavy cream - warm


  1. Grind the wafers and add the hazelnut cream. Mix and pour into a mold. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk in the cream and powdered sugar, then add the mascarpone. Mix well. Refrigerate.
  3. Pour into a mold over the previously made mixture.
  4. Melt the chocolate with the cream and pour over the cheesecake.
  5. Refrigerate and serve.
